By signing up for or using urWknd(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

urWknd is a free weekly email product that delivers personalized weekend activity recommendations based on information you provide at signup. The Service uses your location, household composition, interests, and budget preference to generate curated activity ideas delivered by email each Thursday.

Tips are voluntary, and recurring tips are subscriptions managed by Stripe.

User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information at signup.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent rate limits, unsubscribe mechanisms, or other safeguards.
• Register multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions or to harvest recommendations.

Intellectual Property

The urWknd name, wordmark, email templates, and the curation and presentation of recommendations are the intellectual property of urWknd. Activity recommendations are generated and curated by the Service; you may not scrape, republish, or redistribute recommendation content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Content

Event listings, venue information, and activity details included in urWknd recommendations are sourced from third-party providers and public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that event times, prices, availability, or venue details are correct at the time you read them. Always verify details directly with the venue or event organizer before attending.

Disclaimers

Recommendations are suggestions, not endorsements. urWknd does not endorse any specific venue, event, business, or activity. We do not guarantee that any activity is appropriate, safe, or suitable for your household.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, urWknd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from or related to your use of the Service or your participation in any activity recommended by the Service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and unsubscribe.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any urWknd email, or by contacting us at hello@urwknd.com. Unsubscribing removes you from future email delivery immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material modifications, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
